How do I create an account or family page?

Go to the "Create a Family Page" section at the top of the main page. Choose a username and password, and enter a valid email address. You will receive a confirmation email containing a hyperlink. Click this link to confirm your email address . Welcome to the community!

I did not receive the confirmation email.

First, make sure that the confirmation email is not in your spam or junk mailbox. If you are positive that you did not receive a confirmation email, contact us and we will take the necessary steps. Our e-mail is info@wittylittlekids.com

Is it possible to download videos from Witty?

For legal reasons, it is impossible to download videos from Witty. You can, however, add videos to your favorites, making them easy to find again.

I uploaded a video but cannot see it. Where is it?

2 answers.. .1 Before a video gets posted the Child Safe Team needs to approve the videos. (It usually takes less than one hour) Once a video is approved, the video is now on Witty. It can be found on rotation on the home page and it is always in your "family page" which can be accessed by typing in the family name on the home page.

What are the size limits for Videos and Photos?

Videos have no limit although anything over 100mb tends to time out depending on server speed.. And the speed in which we upload videos far exceed any other video site. Pictures have a maximum capacity of 8MB. If your files are larger than 8MB you can download a size compressor like Infranview on-line for free.
